My condolence to his family. I worked with Tony for a short time, he was always very good to me. He would always come to see me when I had my Pizzeria a couple of years ago to see how I was doing and to talk. He was a good man, I last spoke to him over the summer, I was surprised and saddened to hear of his passing.

Tony always struck me as a very kind man. A good soul who helped many people throughout his life. He wanted the best for the people he cared about and wherever he saw conflict amongst them, he strove to foster resolution. Living across the pond, we didn't see Tony often but he featured in many a conversation and will be remembered with great fondness. Tony was a true friend, we spoke only a couple of weeks ago about getting together for lunch. He told me he wasn't feeling great. Tony use to help me with my Golf outings and big parties. Great Man, Chef and will be missed.
