D'ELOIA - Anthony (Tony) of East Northport on February 11, 2025, at 88 years of age. Tony was a longtime employee of Sears, Roebuck and Company in Buffalo, NY; and later Wilmington, DE before settling on Long Island for the remainder of his career. He had a lifelong love of sailing, and in retirement enjoyed restoring and racing “catboats.” He was an avid spectator of the high school basketball games that his son Andrew coached. Devoted husband of 63 years to Sandra. Cherished father of Andrea, Stephen (Anne), Jay (Lisa), and Andrew (Rebecca). Treasured grandfather of Amy, Dylan, Cassandra, Andre, Kasey Anne, Justin and Francesca. Loving brother to Gregory and Steven (the late Maureen), and uncle to Christine, Janine, Stephen, Greg, and Amy. Adoring brother-in-law to Nancy (the late Robert), and Sharon (the late Stephen). Tony lit up the room with his stories and uplifting nature. He faced his health issues with positivity and optimism. He was a man of humor and wisdom, who cherished every moment he spent with loved ones. Visitation Sunday from 4 to 8 pm at Brueggemann Funeral Home - 522 Larkfield Road, East Northport. Funeral Monday, 10:00 am at St. Anthony Of Padua R.C. Church, East Northport. Interment to follow at Northport Rural Cemetery.
