    Miss you so much!

My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time of loss. I knew Barbara since I was little and our families lived around the corner from each other. She was a bright light. May God welcome her with open arms.

My sincerest condolences to the Strievski Family. Barbara was such a pillar in our community. Two years ago today she was in the ambulance with my son after he was hit by a car. She proceeded to yell at him for not wearing a helmet and threatened to stop him in the street if she ever saw him doing that again. We all had a hearty laugh, making a scary situation so much better. You gave so much of yourself. May you Rest In Peace with the Lord. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Dear Mike, Steve & Family, My thoughts, prayers and sincerest condolences go out to you all at this difficult time. May you cherish and find comfort in the shared memories and the good times you enjoyed with Barbara. I'll always remember her as your smiling little sister when I used to visit your parents home when we were in college. With my deepest sympathy, Jack Pizzillo

Barbara, words cannot describe how much I miss you. As you always told me, we were sisters in every way. How true that was, from the day we met at MSEK and beyond. We never lost touch, we were always in each other's lives. I was so proud of you when you became an EMT and a LT. You will always be in my heart and one day we will see each other again. Love Dina

Barbara, I remember the first time you told me you wanted to become an EMT. It seems so long ago. I watched as you grew in your role. I was fortunate also to spend time with you as co-workers and friends at MSEK. I will miss those times. Although I left MSEK a few years ago, it did not take away the many memories of our years together at the office and lunches and parties after work. I will miss you. Love, Mary

Barbara you will be forever missed. You were a very caring, giving and courageous person. Endless hours of your time to others and never once complaining about it. I would here the sirens and there you were off again to hep rescue another person., sometimes countless times in one night and I would think God bless that woman. I am not going to say Goodbye in time we will all see you in heaven. Hope the others that have passed before you will greet you at heavens gate. You are an angel and may you watch over the ones left behind. Love, Sue & Sasha
