Dear Susan, Steve, Thomas and Steven, Aunt Doris was my mother's best friend from the time they met in the 4th grade. She was my godmother so I've known her my whole life. After my mother, and then my father, died, I looked forward to her regular phone calls. She was a very special person.

Doris was a very special friend and loved working with her at Lufthansa . She stayed in touch with all of us after she retired and will miss her phone calls . Always smiling and telling stories . Glad my husband got to meet her and Thomas on many happy occasions . Our deepest sympathy to her family

"Aunt" Doris has always been a special presence in my life, forever constant in her love, attention and care. And I suspect this is true with every one fortunate enough to be taken into her family/friend circle. Her beauty inside and out will be forever cherished. Rest easy Aunt Doris. Give a big hug to Uncle Tom from us now that you are with him again. With much love, Gayle Rosenfeld and Steve Piraino
