Dorothy was an amazing woman of God. I knew her first as a dedicated and faithful volunteer for Long Island Youth for Christ and then as a friend. She and her beloved, Gordon came once a month since 2001 to help with office work at Youth for Christ. The only thing that kept her away from us was illness beginning on 2020. Her faith in Christ was evident to all who had the opportunity to sit and talk with her. After Gordon went to be with the Lord, we would often go out for lunch or dinner, her favorite place to eat was Panera. Her knowledge of the Bible was vast and I loved spending time talking with her about God and her family. I know she is standing before her Lord and hearing the words "Well done, my good and faithful servant." Rest now, dear Dorothy.
