So sorry to hear of Ed's passing, condolences to the family. Our sons grew up together and I had a lot of nice conversations with Ed, just a really good guy and a gentleman.

Sorry sorry to hear... I have nothing but fond memories of our childhood on Britton St.... Eddie "MOVES" Cox was a Great Guy... I still have a picture of Eddie,Cynthia .Myself and Michael and Biily Tighe sitting on my front steps waiting to walk to ST, Frances De Chantal school for our first day of first grade... Ed was a great person to work with, he always had a relaxed and confident attitude at the pharmacy but it was his humor and delivery that makes this so hard to swallow. Our deepest thoughts have been with his family since we heard the sad news.

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Ed. He was our pharmacist from his start at Midvillage. He knew how medications interacted with each other better than most doctors! You didn't even have to tell him your name when you called to renew a prescription, he knew the sound of your voice... I'm pretty sure he knew 95% of the people that lived in Greenlawn and Centerport and never forgot a face or a name. He will be missed. All our thoughts and prayers, Carol and Joanne Albano

My mom Beverly, and I worked with Ed a few decades ago at Midvillage. Always remembered having a smile on his face, and his priceless sense of humor. Always good with impressions no matter what time of the day it was....

i worked at MidVillage 30 years ago. Ed and Rick were mentors, role models, and friends to so many of us. Ed was a good man. Prayers for your family, Ed.

Ed helped take care of three generations of our family... especially when my late Mom, who had a chronic cardiac condition, needed a new dose or a new medication, Ed would find it somewhere even if Mid-Village didn't have it in stock, even sending a delivery to the house. He always helped navigate the hurdles of the insurance companies, to make sure his patients got what they needed...And he did it with a smile and respect for his staff and patients... so sorry to hear of his passing.
