LAMMERS - Eileen P. of Greenlawn on October 4, 2021 at 90 years of age. Devoted wife of the late Donald. Beloved mother of Colleen (Jeffrey) Nick, Kevin, Sean (Annie), Brian (Jason) Cherished grandmother of Ryan, Drew and Megan. Visitation Thursday from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm at Brueggemann Funeral Home - 522 Larkfield Road, East Northport. Funeral Mass Friday, 10:00 am at St. Francis of Assisi R.C. Church, Greenlawn.
