I was friends with Mr. Kanye's son growing up. We went on lots of camping trips in the Boy Scouts. He was a very kind, patient man who taught me a lot. I'm sorry to learn of his passing.

One of the most generous, thoughtful people I've known. There was always something new and interesting you could find out about him. Very sorry to hear.

There is no way to describe the feeling of your absence from this world or measure the gratitude of those who knew you. You were truly the best Dad and the greatest man I will ever know. I love you and you will always be with me.
