Loving grandmother of Paul, Jessica, Amy, Thomas, Lauren and great grandmother of seven. Visitation Sunday from 4 – 8 pm at Brueggemann Funeral Home - 522 Larkfield Road, East Northport. Funeral Mass Monday, 11:15 am at St. Anthony Of Padua R.C. Church, East Northport. Burial to follow at Calverton National Cemetery.

I have known Grace my entire life, wonderful friend with husband Jack to my parents for over 50 years. She considered my family her family and she included our pictures in her memory room along with all her grandkids and great grandkids.
