WOLTMANN - Joanne A. of East Northport, L.I. on July 7, 2024 at 87 years of age. Loving wife of the late Peter Woltmann. Beloved mother of Greg, David and Kim Woltmann. Cherished grandmother of Christopher and Michael. Joanne was an avid animal lover, artist and adored her children and grandchildren. Visiting Thursday 4 – 8 p.m. at Brueggemann Funeral Home, 522 Larkfield Road, East Northport. Funeral Mass Friday 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthony Of Padua R.C. Church, East Northport. Burial to follow at St. Philip Neri Cemetery. Memorials to VNS Hospice of Suffolk, 505 Main Street, Northport, NY 11768 would be appreciated

Joanne...the unofficial grandmother of all the children in our neighborhood. The children would run to her door knowing a warm welcome and treat was awaiting them. She knew how to make each one feel special. They say: If you want to know a good person, ask a child- and they all knew Joanne. Our son was one of them. You couldn't outdo her generosity, resist her contagious laughter, or not spend time with her as she reminisced the cherished memories she held close to her heart. There was only one Joanne Woltman, and we will miss her dearly. Joanne...We are raising a glass to you and Pete and saying prayers for your family. God bless you all.
