Kenny was a true gentle man. I sensed that from the minute I met him in July of '62. I met my husband to be at the same party in Woodlawn and Kenny offered me a ride home. He was always the nicest guy. We used to chat about County Clare and Miltown Malbey and our Irish roots. I, too, remember going to his apartment on the Concourse. I guess that was one of the last times I saw him and Mary. Such wonderful hosts for our old Woodlawn crowd. I hope the angels have led him to paradise. My condolences to Mary who was such a lovely person too.

My beloved kid brother, a tall good looking man who exercised daily until this illness hit him he did not have an angry bone in him. At the age of eighteen he started coming out to East Northport on the LI Railroad to take his nieces and nephews to Radio City Music Hall Christmas or Easter Shows. My only comfort is he is rid of that horrible pain and he is with our mother Mitty who died when he was 13 and all the loving family that will be waiting for him I love you Kenneth

So so sorry to hear of Kenny's passing! Right away my thoughts went back to our times together in the 41 pct. and our time covering each others back in very difficult situations. You could ALWAYS count on Ken to be there and have your back. A cops cop ana a "stand up guy "! We havent seen each other in a long time, but please know that he and his family will always be in my prayers. Rest in Peace, my brother, your pain and suffering are over ! Till we meet again !!!!

29 June, St Peter and Paul day. St Peter please open those gates for our precious, special ,sooo loved Uncle Kenny. We will miss him terribly, but we are filled with joy knowing he is now free from pain and restrictions. A perfect person who we were blessed to have. He spoke softly, even though speaking wasn't necessary, because he was able to emanate all his feelings without words. I love you forever and hope one day to be with you again. Jennine

Kenny you was the greatest cousin I remember going with Uncle Teddy to your 5th floor apartment on a 183rd street and the grand concourse and him knocking at the door was like 8:30 in the evening were the woke up or Whatever may be happening as you were a newlywed but he kept knocking. You did answer I was a little girl but I do remember that I was love to see you at parties unfortunately wasn't as often as we'd like to and I would be there except I just fractured my spine and I'm not able to sit very long I'm not able to drive so I apologize and they can't be believed I can't be there to say goodbye but no that we love you you're a wonderful man great father and grandfather and thank God we could use more NYPD officers like you God bless Kenny
