Obituary For Patricia Hack

HACK - Patricia, of East Northport on January 19, 2024, at 79 years of age. Patricia worked throughout her life for the benefit of all children and their parents. She was an accomplished teacher for United Cerebral Palsy and later a respected service coordinator for the Bureau of Services for Children with Disabilities. Beloved wife of the late John Joseph. Cherished mother of Michael (Jennifer), Brian, and Jeffrey (Kristen). Treasured grandmother of Rayanna, Brennan, Isabella, Madison, Corinne, and Lynette. She will be remembered as a strong individual, who cared deeply for her family and as a talented crafter who enjoyed the arts and working with her hands. Visiting Friday from 4-8pm at the Brueggemann Funeral Home, 522 Larkfield Road, East Northport. Funeral Mass Saturday 9:30am at St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church. Entombment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park. www.bfhli.com
