SLEAR - Peter P. of Centerport on March 13, 2022 at 85 years of age. Devoted husband of Arlene Slear. Cherished father of Matthew (Frances), Daniel (Colleen), Amy, Jill. Loving grandfather of Peter, Willem, Grace, James, Michael, Anna. Visitation Friday from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm at Brueggemann Funeral Home - 522 Larkfield Road, East Northport. Funeral Service Saturday, 10:00 am at Brueggemann Funeral Home, East Northport. Private Cremation to follow.

    Peter and Arlene were great host to me while I was in NY. Peter taught me how to solve crossword puzzles. He was always the first to complete the daily puzzle, and yes, I was always the last. I enjoyed my time with Peter and his family. ❤
