Dear Pat & family, My sincere condolences on Richie's passing. My friendship with Rich goes back some 50 years when we were cops together working in the 71. You & Richie were living on Avenue R back then & we use to socialize together with several other guys & their wives. My memories of him will always be of a good and gentle soul with a perpetual smile on his face. He was a good friend . over the years I would meet him at our reunions- he got older but the smile was still there.
