And of course, my deepest sympathies to Diane, Bill, Chrissy & Mike-and their children.

I echo Cyndi's thoughts on Uncle Bob-i have many fond memories of holidays with him (and Aunt Diane and Chrissie and Billy) when we were young, and I always appreciated getting cards from him through the years. He will be missed. My family (Katherine, Chloe and Piper) send our thoughts, prayers and regards to his family. Love, Tony

Bob was my grandfather-aka Pada. He was always supportive to me and my brother. We have many fond memories of going to the movies, the zoo, fishing, etc. He was always a joy to be around and knew how to make us laugh. I like to think some of my humor came from him. It broke my heart to see him deteriorate more and more whenever I came back to LI. Even though I knew the time was coming, there's still a part of me that can't accept he's passed. I love him with all my heart and I hope he knew how grateful I am to have been able to be there for me growing up๐Ÿ’—

I will always cherish our annual trips to Montauk. Not just for the fun we had fishing, but the long talks and hilarious laughter we shared. I learned what kind and gentle man you are, but most of all, how much you made me laugh. Thank you, dear Bob. ๐Ÿ’”

I am heartbroken. ๐Ÿ’” You were always a joy, full of fun and laughter throughout my life. I adored you. My heart hurts. Please watch over my precious aunt Diane ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

I am Bob's step-sister. I first met Bob as a teenager when he and his friends, George, Wayne and Ricky were painting my mother's living room. I have many happy memories of Bob as a young man, an avid fisherman, a father and husband. My most sincere condolences to Diane, Cindy and Bill and their children. Love, Roberta

Bob was an avid gardener, fisherman, tax expert, and personal friend with whom I shared many lunches at the Dix Hills Diner. Always an interesting conversationalist with a positive attitude, despite health issues. Ed Onders

I am Bob's younger brother, Doug. I live in SE Alaska on an island and cannot make it to NY in time for services. I miss him terribly already. He was an avid fisherman. And every year I sent him a picture, carving, drawing or painting of a fish for his birthday and Christmas. The one meant for this Christmas will hopefully be on display at the funeral home...if it gets there in time. I really hope he is fishing now; it was his enduring passion. Love you Bob!
