Obituary For Robert G. Nelson, Jr.

NELSON - Robert G., Jr. “Bob” of East Northport on January 1, 2025, at 73 years of age. Bob was most passionate when talking about his granddaughters, flavoring aquavit, drainage systems, and parking lots. He enjoyed biking, sitting by the fire with a drink, and providing his “expert opinion” to his son-in-law on workshop projects. Devoted wife of Janice. Cherished father of Jess (Matt) Nelson and Erika Nelson. Treasured Pop Pop of Agda and Ziggy. Loving brother of Jeff Nelson and Debi Flader. Visitation Tuesday from 4 - 8 pm at Brueggemann Funeral Home - 522 Larkfield Road, East Northport Private Cremation to follow. Contributions in lieu of flowers are requested in Bob's memory to the Natural Heritage Trust online at www.naturalheritagetrust.org/smsp www.bfhli.com
