DearMaria, l just got a copy of Standing Fast and learned of Ron's passing. How can we ever forget the Brotherhood our Men shared, and the Sisterhood we wives shared. So many memories to remember, and one to forget when l spiked my slushy with to much Vodka, and 2 couples had to leave our party. I hope you always feel the warmth of my friendship for you. Things do get easier for you when you can focus on all the sweet memories, because they are priceless. Don now has another Brother in Heaven.

I am deeply saddened by Ronnie's passing. I have great memories of our growing up together in Brooklyn, cousins' picnics, our annual Family speaker telephone conversations with the cousins talking all at once and Ronnie shouting "Fran, Fran, Fran" in the background. Joyce and I wish you Love and Peace, Maria.
