To The McDowell family I have been fortunate to have known Rosemarie for over 40 years. First as an officer at the bank. She was so kind and always had the perfect smile. Later we touch base again in the medical practice where her and your Dad always greeted me with great conversation and just happy to share all kinds of stories. We were fortunate and blessed to grow up on Eldridge St , surrounded by our loving neighbors. I remember my "next door" neighbor Mrs. McDowell . We never called our neighbors by their first names , they were and always will be Mrs or Mr. Mrs ( Rose ) McDowell was the epitomie of grace and poise .
