I was a friend of Walter's in grammar school and lived on Sullivan court, around the corner from his childhood home. I changed schools and attended Roselle Catholic high school after eighth grade. It often crossed my mind to attempt to contact him but alas it is now too late. It is refreshing to learn he had such a brilliant career and wonderful, caring family. He will remain in my memory as a good friend and wonderful human beaning. Rich Adinilfi
